Yes and how fast you loose weight I assume. I have gone from being on two blood pressure meds , talking about adding a third, to one. I hope one day no meds!

@mmultanen I've been chugging water all day I didn't get enough either. It probably isn't that bad because I only ate 10 carbs and maybe one day of going over in calories isn't too bad I just hated the way it made me feel, guilty and way too stuffed!

@cstehansen I am the same way I don't really care for baked goods and I'm not a big chocolate person but I could live off of ice cream. You bring up a very good point of avoiding something that could trigger a serious craving for me!

@Annie_01 I eat a lot of Avocado, Kale and Spinach all three have a lot of potassium and also sunflower seeds. I think I am still getting enough I haven't had any symptoms of low potassium. I will definitely look into that thank you. Thats great! Those three things are so delicious but worth cutting back on!
