Hang in there!! I'm thinking maybe if you can't give up carbs start consuming sprouted grains wherever possible. Silver Hills makes some amazing sprouted grain bread and you could always get rice pastas. Try to avoid wheat

Is there anywhere you can do a full body scan? A spa in my area does these. I found that I had been losing weight slowly but also losing muscle mass... Don't forget to protein up!

yah quinoa is great! Hemp seeds and chia seeds are also high protein items. I love adding hemp seeds to soup, salads and pasta!
