I've got the same problem too :neutral: It's always been my worst problem area. .. Currently doing some Bob Harper videos every couple of days and he says weights weights weights. Tricep kickbacks, skullcrushers and overhead triceps.. killer, but hoping I'll see some results.

Also, because you are quite active its possible you have inflammation. Have you ever tried curcurmin? Get the highest dosage you can find and try those for a month! And remember to drink your water!

This site does need to update it's recommendations. I would love to be able to tweak my protein, carb and fat levels but there isn't an option (that I know of) to do so.

I found one called a FitDesk and they said that if it squeaked and wasn't silenced by some WD-40 I could return it as they'd call that a defect. So I guess you just need to be sure that the cycle claims to be quiet.
