Yeah because you weren't on the other post. 99% of you are respectful and informative. I appreciate that. I went off those estimates for weeks and I'm like okay let me stay around 2300. But then some days I'm more active than others, which I find trouble in calculating so I'll just eat 200 extra calories if I am.

I agree - it must be that you're eating around 500 over your personal tdee? I have found that my tdee is actually a lot higher than anything the online calculators say. Yours could be lower? They are only estimates. Also maybe you are logging and weighing more accurately now. It's great that you're getting results…

Yes how tall are you? Because 120 lbs is normal as long as your between 5'2" and 5'6" approximately. I'm 5'2 and I Weight 107 and I look like this At 100 lbs. I have 5 sisters and they all range between 120-140. The difference is noticeable depending on your height and where your weight distributes.

Wow!! What a transformation! I know it's possible because I was 85 before and went to 105 in a year. And I've gained weight over the last couple of months. But this is definitely aspiring. I see it's all about patience and diligence. Thank you for that!
