Weight gain difficulty

I'm looking to gain weight I'm 5'4 and 102 lbs and have a very fast metabolism i was in taking at least 3000 calories a day and still was not gaining weight . does anyone know of any HIGH calorie foods , snacks , meals , or shakes that may help ?

Stay away from mass gainers. They are low quality junk. They include loads of maltadextrin usually, which commonly gives people upset stomachs. You can easily make a much more beneficial and healthier high quality protein shake.5

Agreed! I use an unflavoured whey protein isolate powder and you can add whatever you want to bump up the calories.

I like to match a same-size scoop of 1340 and gold standard whey in my morning shakes and beef them up with raw oats,almond milk, and mixed fruit or peanut butter.0
