I don't mind Arctic Zero at all. I actually LOVE the maple vanilla flavor. To me personally it's perfect. Halo Top is too sweet for me. :blush:

You might need to adjust your macros a bit, more protein less carbs. I'm by no means expert but I'm petite like you and a high protein diet really works for me. And I am sorry for your loss.

You don't have to love running to run. I hate running but I still do it and even signed up for a half marathon in March. The hardest part is to start. When you feel hungry or want to eat, drink a big glass of water first. You might still eat after that but it helps to eat less and some times you don't feel like eating any more.
