I divide my lunch into two and eat roughly every 3 hours, 8:30a, 11:30a, 2:30p & 6:30p ish. It helps to control my hunger and thus stay away from those calorie dense snacks in the office.

I don't feel anything in particular but the gummy vitamins sure give me the satisfaction when I crave candies! :)

HERE HERE HERE! The struggle is real!

I do 0% Fage and add fresh blueberries & honey.

I'm 5'3 as well. I've been on 1230 for the past 3 weeks, doing great on weekdays and having a little hard time on weekends. Started with 10 lbs to lose and now down to 8 lbs, not much lol.

My gym offers bodypump classes a few times a week. It's a great way to learn lifting for beginners. I've been doing it for the past couple years and love it!

My favorite breakfast is avocado toast. No salt & pepper, just plain avocado.

At least 100g of lean meat each meal, 4 meals a day.

I weigh them and log them as boiled egg whites by grams.

Same here. It's so easy that way. I don't have to think what to eat, just go by what's already logged, prepared & packed with me. This has prevented me from going off track so far. Highly recommend!

To me it's just protein in general. It doesn't have to be a protein shake. I eat a ton of high protein low fat meat, plain yogurt, egg whites and don't feel as hungry.

I do and with the threads I've seen here, I think my fat intake is too low. YEAH, I get to eat my favorite breakfast, avocado toast, again!!

Breakfast I try to avoid too much carbs as high carbs give me cravings for more. I make omelette with ground lean meet (beef or turkey), bell pepper, mushroom, 2 whole eggs & 2 egg whites. It's made the night before so I can grab & go in the morning. Just heat it up in the microwave when I get to the office. I divide my…

All workout does I think, even just a walk after dinner would do the trick. Find what you love doing the most then it can become a habit not a burden.

Dark chocolate covered strawberries, plain greek yogurt with fresh fruits & honey, banana ice cream, homemade Popsicle, etc.

I've been doing zero carbs high protein breakfast for the past two & half weeks. I found that it helps my craving under control for the entire day. I don't get hungry as early in the day as I used to. However you said that you work out after breakfast so I'd throw in some carb rich food to fuel your body. For instance…

I'm doing 4 a day, breakfast, early lunch, late lunch & dinner. All are 3 hours apart. Very light snacks through out the day like grape tomatoes, cucumbers, celery stalks, etc. 3 weeks in and I feel great.

I eat when I'm board, anxious and uncomfortable. I don't have to drink every day and 3 beers are a LOT. It's not about perfection. Be patient. Be nice to people because they might be hungry. :P

You eat similar amount I do yet I'm 5'3 116lbs... And with workout, mine calorie intake can go up to 1400-1500 some times. In that sense you might need to eat a bit more...

Drink water and think again!

I bought a microwavable silicone omelette maker. It takes me 10 mins every night to prepare my breakfast. All you do is to throw everything you like in an omelette and microwave it for 10mins. I don't even use oil and it's great!

Hii, I'm 5'3 with 9 lbs to go!
