Spinach Tomatoes Black olives Boiled eggs Sweetcorn Onions Avocados Tuna Lemon juice Potato Cucumber Feta cheese Normally use quite a few of these in salads..love making salads! Chop everything small, mix together and add bit if olive oil or lemon juice and mix..YUM

I normally either take a banana for brek or special k/porridge lunch: soups, salads, avo on toast, feta and beetroot, Crumpets with peanut butter and take some satsumas to pick at in afternoon

I have been on a 1200 cal diet and also gym for 2/3 days a week and at first didnt notice much but after 37 days I have now lost 7kg and still going. Keep it up and you'll start to see big changes and feel better :smile:

I have been doing this for 5 weeks. I was 67kg (5ft3) and am now 59kg. I find 1200 cal is working great at the mo..and i feel good and people keep saying how good i look. My goal is 53-55kg. what do i do when i get to that? up my calories a bit?

I'm 5ft3 and weigh 67kg and counting calories by using this app and just looking at things..I'm only eating healthy food and drinking water and am actually consuming just under 1200c :)
