  • Ice your knee often. Its best to see a othopedic specialist. My othopedic has me using a stationary bike to build up muscle around the knee. One of these days I have to have surgery on mine. If you have a knee brace wear it once in awhile . Too often will weaken the muscles around the knee. Wish you the best.
  • Are you drinking plenty of water? And sometimes people retain water. Some times changing one thing in your diet will help the weight come off.
  • I see a boxing coach 3-4 days a week who work out ladies and men. If your wanting to build muscle work with weights. It takes time but you will see a big difference when weight lifting.

  • Hi! I have at least 100 lbs to lose. But for now I have to lose 50lbs so I can have a full knee replacement. Its tough because I can't walk too far. I have a stationary bike that I am doing 5 miles so far. Eating healthy... it's a lifestyle change. Feeling a bit frustrated!! You can add me if you like.

A lot of processed foods are loaded with salt which makes a person gain. And changing what exercises can help get past a platue. Every person is different. What works for one person may not work…
