Fit it’s aren’t accurate . Every person I know that has one adjust their calories.Being honest I wouldn’t go by one. Hi Just think of eating healthy and exercise as a lifestyle. Then it’s not a chore. You can do anything that you set your mind to. I try to work out 4-6 days a week and 1 rest day. @carder323 Trust the process. On a scale when losing it’s not a straight line it’s a bunch of ups and downs. The scale doesn’t show what all is coming off .
