How often should i do weight training in a Week?

Due to a tight schedule im finding it Difficult to do both cardio and weights.
What is more helpful? Cardio or weight training.
What should i do? Try to fit in cardio more or Weight training more?

    I see a boxing coach 3-4 days a week who work out ladies and men. If your wanting to build muscle work with weights. It takes time but you will see
    a big difference when weight lifting.
