Thanks for the tips. The body weight resistance trainer is basically TRX. I have running shoes - but I also have plantar fasciitis, so I can't be doing much of that until my PT gives the okay. Good tip on the adjustable dumbbells. I've been looking at them, but they're a bit pricey for me at the moment.

Thanks, Will. This was helpful!

Sounds like you had a bad protein powder. They're not all the same.

Also, meal prep is EVERYTHING. It's key to keeping on track and having healthy food easily accesible.

I'm 4'10.5" and went from 142lbs to 107lbs with a caloric intake of 1140-1200 (higher if I exercised). Went from a size 6-8 to a size 0-2. My waist went from 30in. to 25in. in just over 4 months.

But I'm also exceptionally short, so that calorie amount was fine - according to my doctor. Unless you're as short as I am, your goal is unrealistic, and even if you are, 3 months too…

I do share mine. I'm fascinated by what others eat (and often don't eat, but should).

When I make my own it's about 275 calories a slice and that's with cheese and veggies! Just do a best guess and don't stress.

People are always going to be crappy and feel the need to comment on your weight. I'm 4'10.5" and when I was 104 a friend told me I looked too skinny. I was the healthiest and had the most tone in my life. My point? You, and maybe your doctor, know your body best, If you're getting the right nutrients and activity, and you…

No. you let them defrost fully. wrap them in paper towel, gently squeeze out access water and roast.

Processed foods in general have a lot of sodium which could play a role in your inability to lose weight. I'd urge you to prep some wholesome, whole food, meals in advance, on your days off, so that you can have them in the evenings that you do work. Also try mixing up your workouts cardio or strength training -- the…
