While my BMR is something supposedly like 1252 based on a lame-o online calculator, that doesn't factor in muscle, which ups my BMR. I finally tried this - and the only change I made was using 46g Orgain peanut butter protein powder. I even served them with greek yogurt and raspberries and they're perfect for satisfying a pancake craving! Thanks, again.

Chicken and Red Lentil Coconut Curry. I basicalyl used this recipe https://www.thekitchn.com/onepot-chicken-curry-from-the-133628 BUT used skinless thighs instead of the tenders, added 1 whole carrot chopped, 1 c. red split lentils and subbed 1 russet potato for the green apple.

I've suggested this to her and she has pretty much ignored it, but continues to complain. I want to do what I can to help, but when she's not advocating for herself, it's frustrating.

You're underweight. I'm 4'10.5" petite framed and my healthy weight is 107 (size 0 at that point). I have a friend who is 4'11" who can get down to 95 and look good but no lower for her - I look sickly below 104. Point being, everyone is different, but that is very very low.

At sixty three years old that is a rather cruel thing for her to experience with "trial and error" given the symptoms. I'm hoping to find people who have both diseases and might be able to share their recipes.

Orgain Organic in Chocolate fudge or peanut butter is THE BEST. Not as gritty, pretty clean, and has a good amount of fiber, too. edit: the very last ingredient if xantham gum. sorry.

THIS! Almost six years ago I lost 35lbs and 4 dress sizes (a lot for my 4'10.5" frame) and people often asked what I did to achieve this. My roommate of the last 2 years is vegan and subsists solely off of cherry tomatoes, frozen peas, frozen spinach, bananas, baked tofu and toast. A plant baed diet isn't always healthy. For real - I live with her and see exactly what she eats.
