    Plant based is healthier. It is the only diet that has been proven to reverse coronary heart disease.

    My roommate of the last 2 years is vegan and subsists solely off of cherry tomatoes, frozen peas, frozen spinach, bananas, baked tofu and toast.

    A plant baed diet isn't always healthy. For real - I live with her and see exactly what she eats.
