  • I adjust on the website under Home/Goals. Then when I'm on the App, it shows the updated information at the bottom of the diary page with your food/exercise entries, click on 'Nutrition'.

  • Excellent work in tracking food so you can evaluate what can be improved. Knowledge is Power!
  • Wow, you are 150-lbs at 5'6"; this is my 'goal'!
  • It's time to reference the here and now! You are getting focused and you are getting a plan in place. Excellent! Losing weight takes time, there will be bumps in the road, and lessons to be learned. Simply being on track makes you feel better inside yourself! I like feeling good about myself again. I have 40-50 lbs to go,…
  • Greek yogurt with fresh or frozen berries and crushed almonds.
  • That is a huge accomplishment!
  • I'm lounging on the couch. I'm giving myself 5 more minutes and then taking off for the gym. I'm then possibly heading out tonight doing something other than eating and drinking. I'm glad I now have friends that see fun can be more than alcohol and high calorie foods. It's okay on occasion versus being my weekend routine.
  • I'm curious for an answer too. I'm struggling with macros. It's tough juggling the carbs, fat, protein so I meet the goal for each. I then think I get a good day in for meals/snacks and see I'm at 1050 - 1200 calories. I need to be more around 1300+.
  • You can do this! I'm really trying not to focus on the number on the scale. I can be totally on track, do everything right, and the number doesn't budge. This can be frustrating to me. So I am focusing on what I can control like exercising a number of minutes a day, focusing on maximum number of carbs, proteins, etc. each…
  • Hi, you can make this a life change versus a diet. The journey will have challenges; chalk those up to learning experiences. Good luck!

  • My doctor stated I have two weeks to get back to healthy eating else I'd be put on HBP meds. She stated do not eat anything in a box or can. It look me a few weeks to get on track but I finally took those necessary steps to save my life. I'm back to tracking and exercising. I feel good. I have 30-lbs to lose but I know I…
  • Hi Liz. Yes you can lose the weight! I've been on this roller coaster for years. I'm frustrated I lost over 45-lbs and was only 5-lbs from goal approximately 4 months ago. For some foolish reason, I fell off the wagon, gave up on myself, and gained 30-lbs. I'm so tired of giving up on myself. So; it's a new day. I lost the…
  • Sure! I am staying focused now but that can change quickly. Support is so important!

  • Hi, I'm Denise. I also have a desk job. I really try to get up once an hour to stretch my legs. I agree with Alice, wait loss is mainly diet, toning is gained by exercise. Weight loss and healthy living is possible!
  • Hi! We can do this by taking it a day at a time!

  • Nice...thanks for the eye candy! B)
  • Wow, I agree; that was a sincere pep-talk. You are doing everything right with a positive mindset. Thank you!
  • I've had a desk job for years. I do try to get up and stretch every few hours. I rarely leave for lunch so I eat quickly and get back to work. I do live in my office especially when junk food is brought in by vendors. It gets irritating when there are bagels, cookies, subs, etc in the kitchen for all to grab. The worst is…
  • Listening to people brush their teeth. People driving in the left lane on the expressway going under the speed limit! Being a passenger in a car when the rain has stopped but the windshield wipes continue; that noise is like nails on the chalkboard.
  • I can relate! Take it a day at a time. In time of stress, take it by the hour. You can do this!
  • This is what I follow. Enter in your individual information and you get an email with the detail of how many mg you get for protein, carbs, fats, and calories. https://www.iifym.com/iifym-calculator-v2/
  • Denise from Howell, Michigan. 30-lbs to lose (forever this time).
