Anorexic people don't eat. Once they eat they gain everything until their bodies adjust and get used to being fed. Someone who's eating a little and then not eating will actually gain weight because of it. These people's bodies will start eating it's own muscle in order to be able to store the fat.

Breakfast I do oatmeal or banana Lunch varies between salad, veggies and fruit with boiled egg; half a sandwich, veggies, egg, and fruit or meat, rice/potatoes and veggie.

My baseline is already set higher. It's set at 0.5 lb per week. When I initially set it at 1 lb per week it wanted me at 1280 calories. No way can i stick to that so I changed it to allow 1500. I'm 5'2" and 160 lbs.

I don't drink straight water. I hate it!!!! I make up a lemonade drink mix (5 calories per 8 oz) and add another 8 oz water to it and count it as 8 oz water I drank. It's basically watered down to the point of tasting like lemon water but I like it.

I did this same thing last night for the bagel! Except instead of bike, I used the 30 min full body workout video on amazon prime! I burned 330 calories to indulge in that 260 calorie bagel lol then felt guilty.

Breakfast is usually oatmeal or a banana plus coffee. Lunch is usually a salad or half a sandwich, a fruit and veggies. Dinner is usually a meat or stir fry with meat, rice and a veggie. Snack before bed is either string cheese or fruit.

I know meat and eggs and I eat meat every night at dinner and a hard boiled egg everyday with lunch and am still deficient. I eat alot of veggies everyday between lunch and dinner including brocolli, green beans and mixed veggies and still don't seem to hit it.
