    I don't drink straight water. I hate it!!!! I make up a lemonade drink mix (5 calories per 8 oz) and add another 8 oz water to it and count it as 8 oz water I drank. It's basically watered down to the point of tasting like lemon water but I like it.

    I hate straight water too unless it's heavily filtered. Our tap water is really gross to me, and the filter in my fridge doesn't do the job. I make sparkling water, add lemon juice, infuse fruit, count soda as water, drink a ton of tea... 80% of my hydration comes from herbal mint tea.

    I confess after reading the rambling blog post @cee134 linked to about narcissism I'm wondering if going from my last relationship into my marriage was a "correction" of sorts - finding someone to validate me after my ex spent years tearing me down. My husband piles the validation on. I don't think it's a bad thing, and I love that man so much.
