I would not recommend a calorie deficit. You can reduce your body fat % and still gain muscle but timing is important. It’s about keeping your body in an anabolic state. When your body is in an anabolic state it is using fat for energy and it’s building muscle. If you are not in an anabolic state you are catabolic, which…

Try looking for a product called ignition from 1stPhorm. It’s designed specifically to replenish glycogen. I have been using it for around 6 months now and I’m noticing a huge difference in recovery.

It will save you a lot of headache if you gain weight correctly in the beginning rather than seeing where it goes and toning later. A good plan to follow would be eating every 2-3 hours or a protein shake if you don’t have time for a meal. Make sure that you in a calorie surplus of 250-500+ And continue to workout. This…

You can gain muscle mass and lose fat at the same time. You just need to try and keep your body in an anabolic state as much as possible throughout the day. This means consuming a protein source every 2-3 hours. By doing this your body will be primarily using fat as a fuel source while building muscle.

Always go with 1stPhorm, I'll never take anything different

It's not going to hurt to take them. However unless you have a competition level physique with a diet that is 100% on point it's not going to make a difference. It would be much more beneficial to tweak your diet. Greens are very important as well. Are you at least taking a good quality multivitamin?

I know I've seen a few others post it and you said that you have started. Just start doing less on the cardio side and do a bit more weight training. When you build up your lean muscle mass especially in your abdomin you will start to look a lot more lean. Even if your weight goes up a little bit you will still look…

70% of your abs are going to be made in the kitchen the other 30% is going to be hard work and the right types of exercise. You can achieve some pretty nice abs in a decent amount of time depending on how hard you work for them.

Also the question you had about stomach issues. Yes you can have the unpleasant burps or you may have gas but this is only going to come with low quality protien. Make sure to stay hydrated.

Some of them will help some of them won't. It depends on the type you get as well as the quality. Sustained Assimilation will digest more slowly than Isolate protien. However whatever you do decide to go with make sure it is processed with VERY low heat or the protein will be de-natured and the affects be diminished.
