This was/is me! I’m 5’10 and started in feb at 167.. probably actually 170 but I stopped weighing. I am currently holding between 149-151. debating if I should try to lose another 5 pounds but for now just trying to work on maintenance. Feel free to add me.

I have found intermittent fasting helps me with this- I only eat from 2-10 and by the time 10 rolls around I’m stuffed from all my food that my “snacking” is just now my eating time

I was right there! I finally committed to better eating and gym 6x per week!! My first weekly weigh in.... no change My 2nd weigh in and I had gained 4 pounds as well. I was devastated. 3rd week I was down 2 of the 4 pounds 4th week I was two pounds lighter then when I had started- finally losing Weight!! Stick with it-…
