I have had an account since 2015, but have never stuck with MFP. I have been doing better this go around and seeing the friends that I do have post weight loss and exercises helps keep me wanting to push. I need more of that!
I am trying to drop 40 pounds and start eating healthier. I need to see more motivated and encouraging friends when I open MFP to help me stay focused!
