1200 cals vs 1600
So mh caloric intake was set to 1200 cals/day which after reading so many threads I realize it was not maintainable. Does anyone else have their last 5-10 pounds to lose? I only had 10-17 pounds to lose from the beginning but the first 10’were easier than these last 10.... I would even take just the last 5! Any tips or tricks?
