5-10 pounds... anyone else?

Does anyone else have their last 5-10 pounds to lose?
I only had 10-17 pounds to lose from the beginning but the first 10’were easier than these last 10.... I would even take just the last 5! Any tips or tricks?

    I’m in the same boat. I lost 5 and then reset my goal so now I have another 10 to go. Tips: patience! My weight loss seems glacial. Take breaks to eat at maintenance for a day or even a few days...I assume that with a small amount to lose you don’t get many calories. Eating at maintenance allows you to have an easier day or two. Also, go try on some clothes that you may not have fit into before (or do it at the store) and take pictures. I did this yesterday and was shocked at how good I looked when I saw the pics, even though I didn’t see it when I looked in the mirror and even though I don’t look as good naked because I have too much bodyfat to lean muscle for my weight. But it made me feel
    pretty great and strengthened my resolve. Also look at the before and after pics on the success forum. A lot of inspiration there. Oh, and the biggest thing for me is weight lifting. I feel stronger already and love the feeling. Plus my arm muscles are starting to look really good and will look even better when I get rid of the fat “batwings.”
