Slipping- help!

Hi there
This is my first ever entry.
I am 5’9” and just coming out of a weight battle due to: post partum depression, anti depressants and birth control... and honestly just eating awful (but delicious) food
My starting weight in January was 167.
I started going to the gym 6x per week in Feb and started tracking my food/lower carb in March.
I am now down to 158... It’s been about 1.5 years since I’ve been in the 150s!! So I’m very happy for this.
My ideal weight is anywhere between 155-150
However as soon as I hit the 150’s I can feel myself relax a bit, which isn’t good.
I really struggle with late night snacking AND eating out with friends/family for meals (usually about 1-2x per week)
Does anyone have any tips or help to stay on track and keep my head in the game?
