Gum .... yay or nay?!?

What are your thoughts on chewing gum?
Do you find it makes you hungrier? Or does it help fix a craving?

    Gum or mints sometimes help me with a craving. It depends on if I’m “really” hungry or just bored.

    I don't chew gum anymore, but when I did I did sugarless gum on my dentist's recommendation.

    I honestly don't chew gum too much, but I can see where it could be beneficial. Personally, I won't eat right after chewing minty gum because it makes other food taste gross. I can also see how just having something like a mint or hard candy in your mouth could help prevent you from reaching for other snacks out of boredom or impulse. At the very least, chewing sugarfree gum is good for your teeth and jaw.
