Yes you're right it weighs 8 pounds. I'm not disheartened, I just don't want to become that way. I just left the gym burned around 900 cal, I spent a little over three hours there today. I do enjoy the gym and feel good eating healthy.it's just water retention is a pain in the butt

My sodium is under 2000 mgs a day I eat 2300 calories a day for my deficit I work out 5-7 times a week 2hrs a day All that stuff is on key. I was just. Concerned with the 9lbs I consumed yesterday.

Yes I am losing roughly a pound a week. I don't have any special lifting reginmin. I usually work out one to two muscles a day the 4 days I lift and do 3 machines of one body muscle 4 sets of 10

I guess that makes perfect sence. I do look at previous pics and I can see a huge change in my gut and face. It's just these love handles and not so tight arms that are getting me. But I'm gonna keep up my hard work and take your advice. Thank you both so much

I usually try to burn 300-500 calories a day at the gym, and il admit I'm light with the weight. I've had surgery on my right shoulder and it's hard for me to lift

I appreciate everyone's help and I will also either make or add to a canned soup, add more water and veggies so sodium goes down and I get more full from veggies. I'm going to try this out and post back in 15 days with results if I get them. Thanks again everyone

I want to assure everyone I eat anywhere between 1600-2000 a day with daily exercise. I was curious on the sodium because I want my diet atleast for a few weeks to consist of mostly boxed or canned food. With that being said I intend to eat healthy. Will I lose weight if I had 3/4 cans of soup a day equaling up to 700-800 calories which would be roughly half my days intake
