Ive been in my deficit for months and have lost over 20 pounds. I'm very proud and am close to my goal.
My dilema is I can't tell if I'm losing still. I know I'm in my deficit, I weigh and count everything, and goto the gym daily. I also no I drink 5-8 pounds of water a day buy the amount of bottles I consume. I just wasn't sure when I'd see a drop again. Went from 230 to 210. Now I jump from 202-210 and it's been around 3 weeks now
Thanks for any help

Have you adjusted your goal recently? As you lose weight you should be re-entering your information so the calories change since you will need less and less calories to maintain.
Also - congratulations on your loss!3 -

Thank you! And yes every 2weeks I check my weight and make the changes.
I just don't seem to be dropping as much or I was curious if it's the water0 -
If you use a weight trends app, that might help. Something like Happy Scale.0

I dropped from 220 - around 200 relatively easily and quickly and then just stalled out around 200 for a few weeks...that's about the time I decided I should up my exercise a bit and that got things moving on the scale again...hit 190 and then just kind of stalled out again for a handful of weeks...about the time I started weight training, and then it started dropping slowly again from there.2 -
Maybe just drop you calories a bit or add in a little exercise? I don't know what you are doing now, but strength training is worth it!!!0

I usually try to burn 300-500 calories a day at the gym, and il admit I'm light with the weight. I've had surgery on my right shoulder and it's hard for me to lift0 -
Btw thank you, I'm hoping your advice helps. Il try to add more exercise. I've already dropped calories which it's getting tougher but I'm sticking to my deficit0
