I haven't lost anything. I would say I've been logging for 2 weeks. Just this week I've been more active. So maybe I need to be more patient.

Yes! I am hungry. Lol. I'm just frustrated. I've become way more active working on my jogging, hiking every weekend, watching what I eat, but still not lost much any weight. I have a weeding to go to in a month. Need to shop for a dress.

I think so too. I always over do it when I diet and not feel so good. My goal is 1200 calories. I'm 34 5'4 weight 164. I have been exercising. I noticed the app tells me to eat them back. Should I?
