Hi guys! Having a little trouble. I'm working it and dieting. Always hungry! Today I was seeing my macros and I've had 20 grams too much protein and not enough carbs. Just wondering if someone who has lost some weight can advise on what to eat daily and times.

    I think so too. I always over do it when I diet and not feel so good. My goal is 1200 calories. I'm 34 5'4 weight 164. I have been exercising. I noticed the app tells me to eat them back. Should I?

    Yes! I am hungry. Lol. I'm just frustrated. I've become way more active working on my jogging, hiking every weekend, watching what I eat, but still not lost much any weight. I have a weeding to go to in a month. Need to shop for a dress.

    I haven't lost anything. I would say I've been logging for 2 weeks. Just this week I've been more active. So maybe I need to be more patient.
