  • I'm loosing weight without exercise. I've lost 7.3 kilos since the 14 of August. It's all down to food for me. Some weeks I do no exercise and some weeks I do lots of walking.
  • I just had a week off due to going overseas for a holiday. I set my goal to loose .25 kilos and I was able to eat an extra 1800kj per day. It made a difference eating more. I also walked alot and ate some of those kj's back. I ended up loosing 700 grams and came back slightly lighter.

  • I avoid high carb foods like bread and pasta but that's because I have type 1 diabetes and when I eat those foods I get really bad spikes in my sugars and feel like crap. Bad foods are calorie dense and therefor you use up your calories faster. I prefer to eat good quality foods. Sometimes it can be about the foods we eat…
  • Personally that food wouldn't satisfy me and wouldn't be enough. I eat a lot of eggs, tuna, salads, cheeses sticks, grilled chicken breasts, veges, protein shakes, raw nuts etc. I guess if your not hungry, you're not hungry. What about a handful of nuts?
