Thanks everyone.... No excuses here just curious how others would work my day... I am physically active the whole time I'm at work. Can get anywhere from 25000 to 30000 steps a day so I'm not sitting round doing nothing that's for sure.

Hi there.. Thanks for that.. I work these hours 5 days a week... Normally so tired my days off are spent sleeping lol

I work 6pm till 8am....what do you guys eat through the night or what times do you have your meals?

Night shift is hard to get right.... Im either really hungry or not at all. Only have 1 meal a day normally my tea but I sometimes need a snack and if I pack a snack I dont want that I want something else grrrr

Wow thanks for that info.... I have resistance bands, barbells, curl bar 30kg, dumbells I think that's it. I walk 30000 steps a day now as I work 3 physical jobs so move alot but I'm not into strength training.... Get really lost when it comes to that.

That's OK.... I'm proud of my wee set up in the garage it's quite good but I just needed an idea of how much cardio weights etc a day or do I alternate each day

I lost 50kg and did no strength training at all so now have saggy arms and stomach sounds nasty I know so I have 20kg to go I'd like to sorry to use this word tone it up as much as I can
