Working days and night shift on myfitnesspal

Hi there new to my fitness pal, and was wondering whether there is anyone out there having the same problems as I am. not able to manage a menu when I`m working night shiftsANY HELP WOULD BE GRATEFUL

    James, I"ve been on and off MFP since 2010. Trying to log while on nights is a little difficult but I treat my nights same as my days. I just tend to reverse my meals. I start my "Breakfast" with what would typically be my supper meal and end my night shift with a lighter meal (aka breakfast) That way I don't feel uncomfortable when I get home to sleep.

    I had that problem when I was on nights a few years ago. I just learned that you can rename the meals on the app, so that might help
