Username: Sarah22680 Week: April Week 4 PW: 201.2 CW: 200.4 On Easter Sunday I hopped on the scale for funnies and it showed 198.6...I nearly cried! And then I put pants on that I wore for engagement pictures in 2012, before two kids! They were tight but the buttoned...a sign of things to come!

Username: sarah22680 March week 3 PW: 202.4 CW: 200.7 After feeling all down in the dumps yesterday, I somehow ended up with a loss over 2 lbs. I plan to stay on track this week with meals and exercise, hopefully I will break 200 lbs in the next two weeks! Onward and upward!

Got a kickboxing work out in this morning (30 minutes) and planning to go to the park this afternoon with my kids. I have tracked my breakfast and feel like today is going to be a good day! After spending the start of last week sick and snowed in, and then ending it with 3 12 hour shifts in a row, there was no exercise for me last week. Username: Sarah22680 February Week 2 PW: 204.5 CW: 204.4 As I mentioned in a post yesterday, I’ve been sick and unable to work out for most of the week. So I am not surprised at such a minimal loss. Hopefully I start feeling better so I can exercise a bit and help nudge the scale down some more, but at least it’s a loss!

Eek, I’ve missed my daily check ins this week...ended up sick with sick kiddos this week, happy to be feeling better today! Planning for some sort of work out this evening, yoga or low-impact cardio type work out most likely. Weigh in is tomorrow!
