Flight interstate for work. Early start and late home.
Airports are huge (especially when they put you at gates furthest from the business lounges).

Planned late walk was usurped by an unexpected business call. Did not do bodyweight to make up.
Will do better on the weekend.

Late walk, just before dusk.
Raining morning, and friends over for lunch. Nice to have them over. Also glad to have the house quiet again (3 boys under 12).

I know exactly what the problem was -- traveled last weekend and most of this week for work and ate terribly. I have no willpower when it comes to basically unlimited free yummy meals, desserts, and drinks. Fortunately, back home and going shopping today to stock back up on health food for the week.
If I have screwed up the week/weigh-in day and need to make some adjustment please let me know.2 -
Eek, I’ve missed my daily check ins this week...ended up sick with sick kiddos this week, happy to be feeling better today! Planning for some sort of work out this evening, yoga or low-impact cardio type work out most likely. Weigh in is tomorrow!0

Sorry for late submission.Sorry for this gain again.
Lot to say.But in difficulty.I missed one weigh-in in in the past weeks due to back pain illness.And also gained in that time.
At highest weight these days.Want to go back.Willing to make effort this time again.
Although losing weight always on my mind and staying with this group also makes me remember that I have to stay on track and I have to report weight.
I recommit to tracking and less eating and walk this month.3 -
