I’m sorry to say I’m going in for surgery tomorrow so I’ll be out for a while. I don’t want to pull the team down while I’m recovering . I will come back in a few months when I can focus better. Good luck to all!4

Got a kickboxing work out in this morning (30 minutes) and planning to go to the park this afternoon with my kids. I have tracked my breakfast and feel like today is going to be a good day! I really need to lose the spare tire at my mid-section, and tone up my arms. My big goal is to be at my pre-pregnancy weight for August 9th, which is when my baby will be 2. 2 years of holding onto all of this weight has been so tough. But my weight keeps yo-yoing, and I have not been able to get past 200lbs. It is getting frustrating...4

my daughter didn't sleep so I only got four hours sleep last night. Very tired. Plus it's celebration time, so lots of junk food. I've been eating at maintenance all week. Need to start cooking more variety in my dinners I think.

Need to lose 0.6 pounds to get to my December 19th weight of 140.8 pounds.

After feeling all down in the dumps yesterday, I somehow ended up with a loss over 2 lbs. I plan to stay on track this week with meals and exercise, hopefully I will break 200 lbs in the next two weeks! Onward and upward!6 -

So i didn't hit the 180's as i'd hoped this week but i went out Friday night on a spur of the moment invite and had such a blast! You gotta live for these once in a lifetime moments and then pick yourself back up the next day.3 -
