Been sick this week and dropped breastfeeding, so not too worried about the gain. Waist measurement 85cm so still 5cm to go.

It's a beautiful day in Nashville so we took the pup out for a nice walk, but my knee was killing me by the time we got home. :'(

Calories:- Yes, but only just. Been baking hot cross buns
Can't seem to buy them in California, so the bread maker gets a dusting off and the weightloss comes to a halt!
Track:- Yes.
Dreading weigh in tomorrow. I've just been yo-yoing around 164...that number is going to haunt me! As is usual these days, "got to blame someone", so it's hot cross buns!!!

Finally getting back into healthier eating and exercising.
Only need to lose 0.9 pounds to get back to my December 19th weight.
