Well a 1/2 pound loss is a loss. I still can tell I have been loosing weight around my waist as my pants feel looser. So I will take a loss in inches over pounds any day. My weight loss goal will most likely change to a 1/2 loss per week instead of a pound a week as my body is getting used to my lower calorie intake and workouts.7 -

March 8
Day got out of control. Had old friends over for dinner last night and overindulged on Pizza and ice-cream. Was pretty active with housework and babysitting. I'm determined to lose the weight for my son's wedding in July and our European vacation in August.3 -
Wow! You have two wonderful events coming up, @Colleen790! That's so great. I'm looking forward to my youngest son's wedding, but first, we have to find the girl! LOL!2
