    Hi Team,

We're almost 1/2 way through the month. If you haven't already please introduce yourself to the group.

Just tell us a little bit about yourself and your fitness journey. What has been your biggest NSV (non-scale victory) so far? What has been the most challenging thing in your journey?

    Hi team!
I am Farah.I am with this group since November 17.But right from the start of 2018 I am suffering from constant back pain problem diagnosed as herniated disk and also an undiagnosed life threatening breathing problem.Believe me each and everyday I suffered back pain which was limiting my movement.House ,children everything got suffered.I went into emergency for the breathing problem too but it was undiagnosed until we found that it has become side effect of my medicine.
But by the grace of God I have recovered from these two problems at large after one year of suffering.Off and on pain goes in the leg but overall better.
Staying with this group helped me a lot.I feel accountable.Generally I select good whole items all day.I choose to eat more vegetables now.Drink more water.Eat more proteins and fiber. And do few exercises for back muscles.Right now I am not losing though.
I want last chance to stay in this group and benefit from it.Today I went to doctor’s office and had my weight on their scale .It was my maximum.I am all willing and motivated to lose weight for my health and for my family.

    Hi!
In my case non scale victory that I see is that I lose in inches. The most challenging thing in my journey was getting up for exercise.Side lunges was a new exercise that I learned here and did often and I used to see its effect on thighs right away.I mostly did forward bends 70 repetitions which added to back problems.Last year I started going to gym but some injury occurred.I am trying my best now to see a positive change now.
