Calories:- Yes, but only just. Been baking hot cross buns Can't seem to buy them in California, so the bread maker gets a dusting off and the weightloss comes to a halt!

Dreading weigh in tomorrow. I've just been yo-yoing around 164...that number is going to haunt me! As is usual these days, "got to blame someone", so it's hot cross buns!!!1 -

Hello all! I’m back this month, i has minor surgery last month so I fell off the radar for a couple weeks! But I am ready to get back to it. I want my weigh in days to be on a Wednesday. I’ve gained some due to my lack of exercise.
