Down 0.5 pounds.
This is the 4th week in a row that I have been able to post a loss which is unusual for me as I usually re-gain at some point so I am so happy to have gone the entire month of March with losses only.
I am down 3.3 pounds in exactly 1 month which is a huge accomplishment for me, especially since I am getting close to my goal weight.
Only need to lose 0.1 pounds to get back to my December 19th weight of 140.8 pounds.
I am 1 pound away from being 139.9 pounds. Can't wait!
