  • WE all mess up in different ways. I'd ate a whole pack of oreos (in my ice cream) with a 2 liter of pepsi and had some nachos.
  • I'm 5'3 and I was 137 lbs before getting pregnant. I felt great. For me, I'm happy with 135-145 depending on muscle and how much I'm lifting.
  • My favorite is baked chicken nuggets or strips with bread crumps, seasoning and did i mention i have a 1 yr old. Also steam it on stove in a few ozs of water and chop it up and make a wrap out of those 90 cal high fiber flatout breads. 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and some broccoli. Nice lunch
