Thank you! I just used the my fitness pal recommended calorie goal and started with that. I’ve tweaked it since as I’ve gotten to know what my body needs. I started at 1800 and now I eat about 1500-1700 a day. I do crossfit any where from 4-6 days a week

Congrats on your success!!! I love/hate the cardio aspect of crossfit but I definitely feel like it's something I need. I'm sure at some point I will want to focus more on building muscle

You definitely have crossfit in the U.K.! Crossfit is a high intensity fitness program that includes moves from many different types of sports and exercises. I cut out gluten, dairy, added sugar... the weight started falling off and my blood sugars feel way more stable. I eat lower carb and therefore not craving the carbs like I use to. I track all my…

I joined at 270! You don't have to wait to join if you don't want to. All the workouts can be scaled and the community is so positive and supportive. I know crossfit has helped me stay on track as well because I'm wanting to eat to nourish and fuel my body for my workouts. Congrats on deciding to change your life! Keep up…

A lot had happened in my life. The ending of a horrible relationship, my grandpa and aunt passing away. I went into a depression for a while. I went to the doctor on January 10th of this year and when I got on the scale it said 310 lbs. I couldn't believe my eyes, I was over 300. I decided there and then that it was time…
