Cheat meal! How many calories do you allow yourself?
I eat about 1600-1800 calories a day, do crossfit 5-6 days a week, and have steadily been losing weight. I always have a really hard time allowing myself a cheat meal here and there. About how many calories is good for a cheat meal? How many calories over your daily goal do you go?
