Intermittent fasting... feast phase, how many calories?

This question is for people who practice intermittent fasting or are very knowledgeable on the subject. I’ve recently started practicing intermittent fasting using the 16:8 approach. During the 8hr eating window I’m finding I’m only hitting about 12-1300 calories whereas before I started IF I was eating about 1600 daily. How many calories is too little/too much? Should I still be aiming to hit my normal 1600? How many do you eat? I should mention I do crossfit workouts about 5 days a week. I’m 195 pounds and have lost 115... looking to lose about 30-40 more and then focus on gains. But right now my main goal is fat loss.

You should be eating your goal calories...if you can't, increase your eating window or choose more calorie dense foods.4

how many calories does MFP give you to lose 1lb per week?
eat that amount.
IF is just an eating style. it should help you hit that calorie goal and maintain a deficit to be able to lose weight.2 -
1200 is considered the minimum for most adult women. If you feel good eating 1200-1300, go for it. If you start feeling too hungry, weak, tired... bump the calories back up.1
