That's a great way of looking at it.. Turning 40 this summer and I want to be fit and healthy, so I can tick off more of my bucket list.. So my aim was to lose 6 stone (84 lbs) at least.. Then I can bungee jump and go on a helicopter, may not be in time for my birthday - but before this year is out..
