I'm 22, 5"3, 127 lbs and try and stick to 1400 net calories but will eat my exercise calories as well, so depending on my workout I can have 1800+. Sometimes I'll eat less but this allows me to lose around 1lb a week and I have enough energy to study and go to placement.

I've found focusing on macros (fat, protein and carbohydrates) instead of calories helps me, I try to eat more protein and fat than carbs but I'm quite casual with it, just looking at the proportions than trying to reach a certain number. I make sure I'm full and don't deny myself things and I've been able to stick to it…
