i have frozen banana freezing for tomorrow to either make a vanilla flavored protein shake or chocolate peanut butter protein shake
-
will do, thanks for the suggestion!
-
stick to it, the weekends go by fast anyways.
-
add in more caloric dense foods
-
i take a multivitamin, iron tablets, and b12.
-
i bought nutritional yeast, which comes in this flake form. it kind of tastes like salty cheese?
-
mini potatoes, papaya, and mango

daily, as in every morning after using the bathroom

more self-care! whether it's a nice bath or just feeling better about myself. i'll usually do extra work because i feel good and then end up feeling even better. shopping or buying rewards seems nice too, maybe work out clothing?

yeah! it's 60 cals per cookie (14g). they taste fantastic when they're soft and baked too. you can roll it up in a ball and flatten it out if you'd like a bigger serving, i found them worth it. the cookies on the pan in my pictures aren't 14g each

meats, nuts, seeds, protein powders, and dairy. protein shakes sometimes get too boring for me so i'll put the powder in my yogurt or oatmeal. i have this chocolate pb flavor and i found out that i can make a paste out of it, just like how you make pb2! (mix with water) i can make it as thick as i want it and it tastes…

pb2, spinach, almond milk, and banana.

i promise i'll stop clogging up this discussion board but i had to share these ones!! they're cauliflower tater tots and i wouldn't have guessed there was any cauliflower at all, they just taste like tater tots. these are one of my favorite purchases

eatpastry's vegan cookie dough. tastes amazing and you can eat it raw or baked.
-
fried oreos?
-
interesting, i really loved it
-
because i was backed up for about a week and i couldn't wait it out anymore, so i bought a senna green tea and hated the taste.
-
i also tried the ONE bar recently too, but just a sample of the blueberry cobbler flavor. i'd personally rate it at a 10/10 because i loved the texture and flavor. my favorite bars so far would have to be quest and ONE bars.

if you have your iPhone on you, it'll track the steps. my iPhone has problems with step tracking and adjusting calories to MFP, so i recommend syncing Pacer and having it track steps for you (including walking workouts).

i purchased the full container yesterday and it tastes great! i also used cashew milk to blend with it. the chocolate peanut butter flavor is very prominent :)
-
i ate honeydew and a chocolate pb protein shake
-
i don't think it would satisfy me but it looks yummy and creative!

long walks! going to the beach, boardwalks, nature trails, or just walking around your neighborhood.
-
homemade shakes or ice cream? maybe some higher calorie fats/foods, like avocado or seeds? i'd mostly think of foods that are easy to eat.
-
i've heard of coconut oil before but i just put in 100ml of cashew milk to neutralize the bitterness. there's also sugar free creamers on the coffee mate brand, but i've only tried the hazelnut flavor.
-
ah, i guess everyone's different! i just gave my experience and personal preference :)
-
maybe coffee with cashew/plant based milk? i drink coffee with 100ml of cashew milk, which is 21 calories. other nice options can be tea, chia seeds, or sparkling water as it always wakes me up.
-
wow! congratulations, you look fantastic!

maybe an option could be smoothies or shakes for nutrition? my parents used to make these green smoothies and mask all the vegetables with fruits or some apple juice.
