I think so, it keeps getting better so I think the two are linked. And jackmans throat and chest sweets, they defo have helped the vocal gains lol, it's just working the mouth, muscle and breath to how you need....and a stronger core & diaphragm. Best gains so far lol

My fitness pal recommended I have even more calories than the above, sure it was 2010. I've tweaked it to 1600 but wonder if I'll need more, can just try things out. My calorie requirement on a day that I'm doing nothing is less than 1300, so the extra couple of hundred fuel me for the day. Maybe I could manage 25 fat…

I think I'll keep mine the same each day too. I might up my fat to 30 and reduce carbs, I feel happier and more well when I eat more healthy fats.

Thank you. I'd like to do both on the same day. If I make sure I fuel properly before I think I'll be OK. I'll be tired after lol so will make sure I can chill after so will need to plan the session in properly.

Yes same. 3 dairy milk biscuit bars for 79p, a small easter chocolate bunny that was reduced down to a pound, meduim size bag of Malteesers for 50p and a normal size dairy milk on my way home. Hi I got the chocolate because I felt a bit blue and under the weather. Didn't perk me up or make me feel any different. I've felt really tired today and now slightly guilty for eating 5 chocolate bars. Unusual for me to eat that much in one day, I usually prefer healthy snacks these days
