This doesn't make sense. She " gained" it in 8 days so she should be able to lose it in the same time frame or less. Whenever I have "gained" 2-5 lb from eating a ton one day it is always gone within 1-2 days for me. So I know you're wrong

I think that's an excuse.. I eat tons of salty food and intentionally drink beverages with salt content on race days. It has not even remotely made me bloat

I will never understand people saying they are having trouble eating enough.. if you have trouble eating enough now, then how did you gain weight in the first place. Smh :D

Don't be bored. If that doesn't work drink a lot of zero calorie drinks. They fill me up.

You will just lose weight faster... I workout virtually everyday (for a couple hours) and I put sedentary... The app thinks i'm supposed to be eating 1200 to lose, when I actually lose on 1800 calories because I am so tall and fit.

Every time it drops... so about every week. Two weeks in and losing 2.5lb per week.

I ate 2900 calories one day... gained 3lb overnight... two days later after back on plan was down the 3lb plus 2 more. Just get back on track. You will still lose even eating over once a week..or at least has been the case for me.

I'm taller than you and my start weight was 140. So no. Not too skinny at all

60k is like 37 miles right? I biked around 70 mi for fun a couple months ago with no training... and I'm no cyclist. I'd say that anything under 80mi can be done by anyone in half decent shape.
