Can I please join this?? I am the heaviest Ive ever been in my life. Quit smoking Oct. 2016 and 1 year and a half later packed on 20 lbs.I have lost 4.8 pounds since March 24th. Start weight May 2- 149.5 June 2nd - 145 July 2nd- 140 August 2nd- 135 Sept 2nd- 133

I am only using weight watchers for accountability. Im only allotted 24 points a day and with my morning coffee with 3 cream..1 sugar its 15 points do by lunch time my points pretty much gone. Im tracking through mfp and its 150 calories for my coffee. Anyway Im down 4.8 pounds in 4 weeks. Whoo

Im with you 100 percent. After logging my coffee 3 cream 1 sugar...extra large coffee. Weight watchers took 13 orc14 points...its ridiculous. Im only allowed 24 a day lol. Mfp its 150 calories. Im sticking to mfp and just using weight watchers for my accountability. I enjoy getting weighed in. Anyways do not beat yourself…

Im completely confused but I agree . I just joined for 3 months but Im over my points by 11 in the morning lol. Im not over my calories on mfp. Its because Im allowed 24 points a day and my coffee from Tims is 12 points lol...but only 195 calories. Help lol lol

I just joined ww too. This is a great question. I am already over my points for the day but not my calories on Mfp. My large coffee was 12 points alone and Im allotted 23 a day. Mfp has my coffee at around 200 calories....I still have some calories I need to get in me by the end of the day! Its really confusing lol

Im on day 25. .5 more days to go. I am down 6 lbs and know Ive lost inches. I am still modifying a few of the exercises. I find the first exercise very hard on my wrists. When you are in a plank to up to back down . I wonder what dvd I should buy next .

Day 22 done....day 2 of level 3. Its hard...hopefully gets easier as the days go on lol

I am on day 21 ..today was my first day on level 3!! I made it through but I found the first exercise really hard. I have noticed a huge improvement in my strength and have definitely lost inches
