Compare? No. Admire? Hell yes. Sometimes it's style. Sometimes it's genetics (like, damn that dude is tall). Sometimes it's obvious they work hard on their body/appearance. I can appreciate all that without looking down on myself because we're all different, and that's ok.

I don't log gym/weight days but I do log all the other exercise I get in. That said there are days on here that don't show me as doing any exercise at all and those are typically the days I'm at the gym. I try to do something active 6-7 days a week. If that works for you feel free to add me.

Throw some weights dude. I got out of a long term relationship last year and it was tough. Hard to see/feel it now, but time and distance helps. That's the key here, radio silence. Resist the urge. Don't let "what was" blind you from seeing "what is" and "what will be".
