Exercised? Yes. Only walked, though (50 min, 6000 steps) because my legs were so sore from the extra activity I did yesterday considering it's been over a month since I worked out beyond 1+hr walks. Calories? Yes. Closer than yesterday and unfortunately went over my carbs (so sad but I really wanted my chai latte while…

Hi, I've done MFP in general on and off for a long time now. First time doing UAC though and I really like that it's more about habit-forming than the actual scale because my loss tends to be slower than the numbers would suggest (and then I get frustrated and stop trying). So I'm hoping focusing on the habit will help…

Hi  I just got back into the whole MFP thing this week after having several bad months and I'm really hoping to get down as much as possible before a family holiday in August. Overall, I have a lot more than 50 to lose, but I'm mostly vegan (vegetarian fully, almost never eggs, struggle from time to time with dairy…

At my highest known weight, I was 360 and size 26/28. Super close to 100lbs lost and I'm 22/24. 100lbs and only 2 sizes. Hard work isn't paying off, yet, but I'm desperately awaiting the day I can shop in-store (Canada with 0 plus-size stores). Every so often I try on my pair of 20s, which I've never been able to wear, but…

I don't know about a specific 12-week program, but for all of my at-home workouts I use almost exclusively Jillian videos. One of them is for the 30-day program (though I just keep sticking to "week 1"/"week 2" videos because I can't do the full "advanced" version of those weeks yet). I really love her videos, honestly.

I have a whole utensil tray for my chopsticks (I've bought a few packs and a travel pair). I never really used it specifically for smaller bites / slower eating, just because I like them. Sometimes, if it's not a food that works well with chopsticks (like peas and corn) then you can't help but eat smaller bites, lol.

I love the timing of this challenge! It ends exactly at a big family event that I've had as a mid-goal date this year. Glad I caught this thread at last minute and was able to request to join in time. Thank you so much for organizing it!!

I grew up in south jersey. Hi! Unfortunately, I haven't lived there in years.

I was raw for a bit but had trouble making it work mostly because I suck at cooking and most friends/coworkers eat out for socializing, which is difficult to do when you have to be strict with your food. Ultimately, I'm hoping to go back to it though. There are different forms of raw, like you can do a "Raw til x'oclock"…
